One World Observatory

Built at the site of Ground Zero at the World Trade Center, this permanent memorial commemorates the events and honors the 2,983 victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks and 1993 World Trade Center. The 9/11 Memorial is free and open to the public, featuring the names of those killed in the attacks, and a reflecting pool with two waterfalls where the Twin Towers stood.
The 9/11 Museum recounts the events of those fateful days through permanent core exhibitions and seasonal exhibits that examine the ongoing effects of the attacks. Browse the 110,000 square feet of the museum on your own, or take a guided one-hour tour with an expert. Allow yourself at least two hours to experience the museum, which is a ten-minute walk from the hotel.

In addition to purchasing tickets for admission to the museum, guests must specify the time and date of their visit. Tickets may be purchased up to six months in advance and visiting time and date is selected during checkout. Early or late arriving visitors may not be guaranteed entry.
Some exhibits, specifically the historical exhibition of the 9/11 Museum, may not be suitable for children under the age of ten; adults and guardians are asked to use discretion. The museum offers a guide for caregivers of children between the ages of 8-11 to educate and prepare younger visitors before visiting the museum.

You can purchase tickets online for the observatory, but your visit is time- and date-specific. Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to ticketed time to guarantee entry, and late-arriving visitors will only be admitted depending on capacity.
